Integrated Circuit

An Integrated Circuit (IC) is a miniature electronic device or component. It uses a certain process to interconnect the transistors , resistors , capacitors  and inductors  and other components required in a circuit together with their wiring, and is produced on one or several small pieces of semiconductor chip  or dielectric substrate , and then packaged in a shell to become a miniature structure with the required circuit functions. All components have been structurally formed as a whole, making electronic components a big step forward in terms of miniaturization, low power consumption, intelligence and high reliability. It is represented by the letter "IC" in the circuit, and also exists in the case of the word symbol "N" or other representation.
