A: We usually arrange the production immediately after receiving your payment if we have the item in stock. Otherwise, please confirm with us for lead time.

Q: What is your accepted payment type?
A: Wire transfer, Paypal and Western Union, and X-Transfer etc.

Q: What logistic forwarder do you usually work with?
A: We work with EMS, TNT, UPS, FEDEX and other logistric forwarders. Assigned your own forwarder for shipment is available.


Q: MOQ?
A: No MOQ. We are able to handle Small as well as large volume production with flexibility.


Q: Shipping cost?
A: The shipping cost is determined by the destination, weight, packing size of the goods. Please let us know if you need us to quote you the shipping cost.


Q: What other service do you have?

A: We mainly focus on PCB production + PCB assembly + Components sourcing service. Additionally,we can also provide programming,testing services.



Q: Is the quality of your products guaranteed?
A: It’s certified with FCC, CE, RoHS, UL certificate,ISO14001,ISO9001,IATF16949 etc.


Q: Can we inspect quality during production?
A: Yes, we are open and transparent on each production process. We Welcome you visit our factory to inspect our production process.


Q: How you control the quality?
A: Regarding to PCB samples, usually tested by flying probe; for PCB Volume over 3 square meters, usually tested by Electrical fixture which is faster. As to PCBA production, there are automated optical inspection (AOI) for each batch, X-ray inspection for BGA parts, first article inspection(FAI) before mass production.



Q:What is needed for PCB & PCBA quotation?
A: ●For Bare PCB project : Quantity, Gerber file and Technic requirements(material,surface finish treatment, copper thickness,board thickness ,...) .

● For PCBA project : Please provide above PCB information as well,and BOM list, pick and place file.

● If you need turnkey service include programming and function testing (Testing documents...),kindly contact us for more details.



Q: What file formats do you accept for PCB & PCBA production?
A: Gerber file: CAM350, RS274X.

PCB File: Protel 99SE, P-CAD 2001 PCB.

BOX: Excel ( PDF,Word,Txt ).

A: Our engineers provide assessment of existing designs and assist in new designs to optimize manufacturability (DFM), minimizing costs and achieving quicker time to market.
